Additionally the Box Office will open one hour before each performance and close when the event begins.
Book in Person
Location: the large blue portacabin beyond the theatre’s main entrance.
Buying within an hour of a performance? Use the Event Box Office just inside the main entrance instead.

The quickest way to secure your seats:

- Browse What’s On and choose your performance.
- Select a date and time.
- Pick your seats from the seating plan.
- Pay securely online.
- Your tickets arrive by email straight away — print them or show them on your phone at the door.

Accessibility
We want everyone to enjoy their visit to The Tower Theatre.
Accessible Seating
- Row A is the only row reachable without stairs, and includes four wheelchair spaces.
- It must be booked directly through the Box Office — not online.
- All other rows (B onwards) require stairs; there is no lift to the auditorium seating.
- If you use a wheelchair or have limited mobility, contact us before booking so we can help you choose the best seats.
Hearing Loop
A hearing loop is available in the auditorium for compatible hearing aids.

Prices vary by performance. Discounts may be available for:
- Students
- Senior citizens
- Disabled patrons
- Groups of 10+
- FHODS members (selected performances)
We also run occasional promotions — check the website and social media for updates.
Booking Information
Exchanges & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable.
If your plans change, we may be able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production, provided you contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals
Please allow plenty of time to arrive before the performance begins. Latecomers may be admitted during a suitable break in the performance.
Children
Unless otherwise stated for a particular performance, children under the age of two do not require a ticket provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap throughout the performance.
Some family shows may have different admission policies, so please check the event listing before booking.
Gift Vouchers
