Executive Committee
The Tower Theatre is managed by The Folkestone-Hythe Operatic & Dramatic Society CIO (FHODS), an independent charitable incorporated organisation. FHODS is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees/Directors, known as the “Executive Committee”, who are responsible for the governance and strategic management of the charity.

Performance & Planning Committee (P&P)
The Performance & Planning Committee (P&P) is a FHODS sub-committee responsible for selecting and overseeing the productions staged by FHODS. From choosing the society’s season programme to supporting directors and production teams throughout the rehearsal process, the P&P plays a vital role in shaping the creative output of the society at The Tower Theatre — ensuring that every FHODS show meets the high standards our audiences expect.
