Considered one of the UK’s most treasured vocalists, McCalla will mesmerize you with his smooth groove latest project, comprising of succulent and seductive original songs mixed within a selection of recognizable covers from Bill Withers to Al Jarreau. The ability in his soulful jazzy bluesy voice to make every note matter, has been what makes him special, and what maintains him as one of the UK’s treasured vocalist. From the new album ‘Count All Your Blessings’, with participation of Derek Nash on Saxophone, expect soulful Jazz and Caribbean vibes.

Ginger Bennett
Originally from Lewisham South-East London Ginger has been living and performing as a singer on the Kent Coast since 2003. Following a successful sporting career, she returned to her first passion music and is most often seen performing with her six-piece funk and soul outfit Project F or guest appearances with the fabulous 9 piece KD Jazz Orchestra. Ginger has performed at the Margate Jazz and Soul Festivals and is a regular performer at the Canterbury Festival.

Ginger is known for an intimate style of performance that always involves spirited audience participation and lots of laughs.

Frances Knight
Frances  is a prolific songwriter who has been awarded a European Musicians Federation song writing prize.  Tracks from these recordings have been played on the BBC, Jazz FM and Europe-wide. With the late Hugh Hopper of Soft Machine, she released two improvised albums The Mind in the Trees and The Swimmer.

Throughout her career, Frances has accompanied numerous singers, such as Sarah Jane Morris and Christine Collister. She is a prolific songwriter who has been awarded a European Musicians Federation songwriting prize.

Frances is currently part of ‘Work8hop’, an octet focussing on original compositions.
